I've been watching the prices for massage chairs at Costco for a few months and this might be one of the cheapest Osaki 3D chairs I've seen yet. My only hesitation is it appears to be a new model so no reviews out there

I've been trying different searches since I posted this message and found this link [massagechairs.com] which, while it doesnt answer my questions, provides a useful piece of information...I figured I'd share this since someone asked about the Osaki 4D Encore on the Costco site and it is their 'Pro' model FWIW:
"From a general standpoint, the OS line are chairs priced under $3,000. The OS Pro brand has a larger variety. The OS-Pro 3D models are typically priced in the $3,000 to $6,000 range, while the Osaki OS 4D Pro line starts at $5,000 and the high-end luxury chairs are closer to $15,000"
