It's not a huge difference, but different enough to be annoying when you are switching between devices. If you are a Windows PC user or regularly switch between PC and Mac like me, I'd pay extra for the standard PC/Mac version. Tried both and small differences can go a long ways.
One positive for the Mac version is that they come with a USB Type C to C charging cable instead of C to A in the standard version.

I had one of these. It was nice but cramped, not much bigger than a laptop keyboard. The keys had a nice feel. Wish it had TouchID.
I ended up returning it and pulled a Kinesis Freestyle Pro out of the closet. The Freestyle was more spacious and has an on-board remap and macro capability.
