not a bad deal. I have moved on from the Rigid ecosystem but still have some of their cordless tools around and the old batteries have been iffy.

You should be able to replace the batteries under Rigid's Lifetime Warranty.

Batteries of all brands will wear out over time, but if you registered your Ridgids for the Lifetime Service Agreement, they'll replace them for free. https://claims.ridgidpower.com/

Seems like this is the standard price for the past 1-2 months. Probably won't go lower until these kits hit the ymmv clearance bin.

4ah non-Max isn't the ideal size but one of the better $/ah deals aside from holiday time bundle hacks.
