Refurbished Sony Xm5 earbuds $140, Comes with 2 yr allstate warranty
Seller:secondipity. I got xm4 from them couple of years ago and earbuds came looking new. After the firmware updated destroyed the battery I was able to get full price back with all state warranty claim.

Every time I've had an issue it's always been less than 2yrs. They give you a gift card if they can't fix it.
On the other note, in my ears are a pairs of BeyerDynamic (Sony! come yield to the father of headphone, inventor of dynamic driver) Free Byrd, brand new is half of its original MSRP and if you negotiate on offer(same seller as on Amazon), can get even cheaper, that's how I got mine, better sound than Sennheiser MTM 3 ( hand on comparison) and the XM5 (from some review, now just waiting for this deal to lower for collection and hand on), longer battery life (11 hrs per charge) but less on ANC. But audiophile sound, 10hz big bass, distinguished look, small case(same size as AirPods Pro), is why my sennheiser pair are cover in dust.

I don't think SD promo applied on this particular listing last time I checked and I specifically checked for it!
I think sound quality wise BD might be better, ANC is going to much better in Sony although it still lags behind the Bose QC2 that I use daily.
