This may or may not work for you but I was able to open the link in incognito and see the same price.

Open the link and scroll down:

Also discounted price for other items including Watch6 and classic. Let me know if this worked for you. I do not have EPP or in any of the special programs. The only thing that could be of note is that I do use a Galaxy S23 phone but I browse using Chrome.

Here's how to make it work for $120 on PC:

Launch Chrome in Incognito. Press F12 to open DevTools
Click the Toggle Device Toolbar button (or just press CTRL+SHIFT+M)
On the left pane at the top, click the "Dimensions: Responsive" drop down menu. Select Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Paste link in Chrome's omnibox. Add watch for $120. Checkout. Still $120.

Comes up at $120 on the shopping page, changes to $199 in the cart for me.

Is this a good deal? Never owned a smartwatch before and would be a first for me. Currently have galaxy s21 but waiting for a deal to upgrade to another galaxy phone.

yeah $199 in my cart also - Live chat is saying that price if the price after a trade-in. They said "The price is visible to you with highest tradein."

I would wait until you upgrade phones because some deals come with major discounts on the newest smart watch as well.
