Had uber 1 for free for a month. Didn't really see the benefit of it.
Great deal - I think this is a ~$60 savings? That said I'm too frugal/cheap for paying delivery/tip and generally just walk/drive somewhere to pick something up so I probably won't use it My free grubhub I never use lol

Yes it erodes the deal but the point I was trying to make is the deal becomes a deal of convenience rather than a discount on the meal. So you're still winning. Uber also has a pick up function so you could use the deal through Uber and go pick it up so you don't lose the food discount if that's more important.
Most Uber Eats deals require you to use delivery. Can't do pickup, and get % discount.
That's weird. I have an Uber Account for vehicles - does this automatically enroll you in Uber Eats? If yes - no go on my end since I already have account.

I am the same way. Do you know if the "up to 10% off for qualifying Uber One restaurants" applies to pickup orders?
We use DD normally at work for group meals since I have DashPass through Chase. Man, some places really jack up the prices. I can understand a small increase, but there was a restaurant we just ordered from where the restaurant was $13 for an item, DD was $17 and UE was $18. Was crazy. And pretty much every item was like that. Only reason I checked was the restaurant was very close so we ended up ordering directly with them.
I find that this membership just sort of offsets their nonsensical fees and charges.
Also of note, I have not gotten any of their typical 20 percent off or whatever, coupons in months. I used to get them weekly and I think the last time I've seen one was back in October.
Not sure if that matters for others, maybe I'm not targeted anymore? But it sure sucks.

Besides maybe deals that go along with restaurants using these Apps - I also see no benefits to these services; I signed up for Doordash 1 month free to get the Wendy's deal (order $12 or more get $15 back). After tax and delivery tip I paid $4.95. So, yes it was a deal - but Wendy's always have deals going on in their App and it's free. So, I would rather find the deal using the store's App and go pick it up myself.
What is the Wendys deal? Is that old deal or new deal ? All month they have $1 Single w Cheese in app with any purchase, thats a savings of $6 without need of app delivery services
I use to have this for free through t mobile. Paired this with 40% coupons Uber eats used to send me and I was making out pretty good. But they never send me the 40% off coupons anymore.
Hey I just created a new account with new email, phone number, address, and CC but I received the following message "Sorry, Eats Pass isn't available to you right now."
Has anyone been able to duplicate this deal and if so, how?
Every other month I get a "50% off up to $20" offer from Uber. Sometimes I use it, sometimes I don't. But if I sign up for this Uber 1, will I stop seeing these good offers?
