Price came down to $29.99 for a full year. ($99.99-$70 discount).
Yes the same verbiage states 30 day trial but having done this the last couple years and getting a full year, I am making the assumption it is good for the same time as your sportsline subscription.
Also if you go to cancel there are reports it will extend 3 months. However if you then later go back and cancel there are reports it removes the 3 months. So if you do the cancel to get extension then be sure to setup a reminder to cancel next year before being charged. I was happy to see they actually sent me a email letting me know I would be billed 4/22/2024 well in advance, but would still set the reminder at least 1 month before to ensure you get it cancelled.
Most recent thread is here but it was closed: and price dropped $5

Used secondary email address to sign up with code for $30 for the year, with a different CC. Then verified Paramount plus with no ads and showtime, all worked. Did the cancel to get more time and it extended to 7/9/25. Good to go. Not as good as the $10 one that a lot of us are on from 11/2022, but not bad for $30, if the paramount hangs on for the whole time, 😂

As I dig deeper I also see
"Paramount+ is for US residents only. Paramount+ account activation not valid during discount promotional period."

Yes Showtime works.
I'm using PayPal, and will remove the billing agreement in a couple days. Sorry yours did not go well.

It's bull that they don't send a subscription reminder 30 days before it expires but I guess that would defeat the purpose of these deals.
Edit: This is incorrect. They give you a notice.
Basically folks, we are at the mercy of what's actually in writing (only a 30-day trial), versus the mystifying reality in practice so far these last few years of full Paramount+ access, now including Showtime and no ads. It's a total leap of faith. Anyone who claims otherwise is a total moron.

Oh that's good to know! I never have gotten once because I always cancel before.
And yeah, this is for sure a gamble. Thankfully a gamble that has worked for 3 years now so there is a bit of history to this deal. Now the waiting game.
