Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen
(18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence (at least nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) at the
time of entry.
Upon completion of Vision Board and submitting your
Vision Board, Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each a "Vision Board Entry"). There is
a limit of two (2) Vision Board Entries per person per weekly Entry Period.

Entries will not be judged. There is a limit of sixty-four (64) Entries per weekly Entry Period. There is a limit of three
hundred and twenty (320) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
Non-winning Entries received during any Entry Period
stated below roll over to subsequent Entry Period drawings.
Prizes (Four (4) winners per Entry Period, total of twenty (20) winners during the Sweepstakes Period): Each Prize
winner will receive a $500 Kohl's e-Gift Card redeemable at any Kohl's store or on-line at www.kohls.com; subject to terms
and conditions of use as provided therewith.
The ARV of a Prize is $500.
Total ARV of all Prizes available is $10,000.
