the 90D doesn't do phone calls. at all.
This isn't ultra and doesn't come with any lenses. The ultra comes with like 4 lenses!!!

Objectively speaking, s23 ultra would be way better (or say prettier if you have different definition of the majority of population) if you point and shoot.

Digital cameras are for hobbyist. If you just want great picture all the time, stick with the AI powered phones. If you want to struggle for years learning an art that you will probably never master, and spend countless monies on lenses and countless hours on forums, then get a camera.
