McDonalds invested a lot of money in research to make good coffee to compete with the likes of Dunkin and Starfarks . McCafe kcups coffee are awesome, compared it against Dunkin and some other brands in taste tests and it won hands down. Then again I have no idea what ass tastes like so you know better than me

I did a blind tasting of 8 different "house" blend coffees I'm an office of around 40 people. One of the coffees was a local roaster who sent 2 coffees. 16 of the 40 people chose mcdonalds medium roast, including 2 of the coffee shop emoyees. Followed closely by Tim Hortons, black rifle AK espresso, then community.
People do not like dunkin, folders, community, or pikes place.
No one expected it, I then researched about their coffee and was not surprised to find out they do a lot of research, development, and quality control with their beans. From Farm to consumer it's impressive.

Think what you said is about the same as my testing coffee after I bought my Keurig.
Purchased a bunch of random pods and McDonald's is thr one I purchase now with tea as a second.
Other people likes the Tim Hortons brand but it wasn't enough foe me to purchase it.
Dunkins, Folger, Pikes were pretty awful compared to McDonald's. I ended up having to buy heavily flavored creamer to drink the rest of what I purchased of those when they were near their best buy date.

These are 36 cents a cup
Staples would be nice with a coupon , had a $10 off $50 but filling kills the deal

Everyone you know. Interesting topic of conversation you are having amongst your peers
I don't know what ass tastes like but I would guess Burger King food is pretty close.... - their coffee is decent but no kcups
