The White Claw® Hard Seltzer Kentucky Derby® 2025 Tickets Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day
Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about May 16, 2024
One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded. Winner will receive up to a total of two (2) General Admission Infield Tickets for winner and *one (1) verified guest to attend the 2025 **Kentucky Derby® horse race projected to be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Louisville, KY (actual date of the Kentucky Derby® horse race has not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years' Kentucky Derby® horse races, Sponsor believes that the 2025 version of the Kentucky Derby® horse race will take place on the indicated date; actual date of the 2025 Kentucky Derby® horse race will be confirmed on or around three (3) months prior to the event. Grand Prize includes one (1) $2,000 check for winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs. All other additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and winner's guest bear sole responsibility for making any and all travel arrangements in conjunction with attending 2025 Kentucky Derby. Winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest Release (where lawful) prior to attending the 2025 Kentucky Derby; in the event of noncompliance by winner's guest, winner must accept the Grand Prize without a guest, the value of the Grand Prize will be reduced accordingly, and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. (For clarity, the same individual must function as winner's guest for all three [3] days of the 2025 Kentucky Derby.) If the potential winner cannot attend the 2025 Kentucky Derby® horse race (projected to take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025) or if potential winner does not wish to attend the 2025 Kentucky Derby, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. By claiming tickets winner agrees to the Terms and Conditions and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the 2025 Kentucky Derby, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status.
