This dictionary gives definitions using words that are harder to understand than the words they are defining. I'm still glad I got it, but I'm going to have to teach my daughter all the words (the ones she doesn't already know) and then teach her the words they are using in the definitions before she could understand them. As it is, it is not one of her favorite books.
