Yes, you can use it to pay on other promotions paying extra bucks (ie, spend $20 on Colgate, get $10 Extra Bucks) and earn the new extra bucks. you can also download the CVS app and clip a bunch of digital coupons to bolster savings too. NOTE - can't use it on other GIFT CARD promos, just merchandise.

Since you'll get ONE $15 reward you must spend it all in one transaction, can't spend part, you can use it towards a total less than $15 (ie $14.74) and forfeit 26c value.

You can load the $15 reward onto your app so you don't have to worry about losing the paper reward.

Also for money back, look at Chase travel cards. One of my United cards has a CVS 5% money back. But not my other United or Southwest, so it is likely very limited. Still worth checking out if you don't have Discover.

Offer is in the weekly ad (online can view it) towards the back page. I've posted a screenshot of the ad and the fine print in the OP.

You do not need to clip anything to do the deal, just have your extra care card or the phone # associated w/it to enter at checkout with a cashier.

Ok that worked. It says it's gotta be added to the account Send to Card before April 1st. So now it added to the ExtraBucks total balance.

Some chase card has 5-10% cash back. Also Extrabucks can be combined with other coupons, some were 40% off, some were 50% off second item. If you know how the CVS games are played this can be quite a slick deal.
