The 3090 Ti is 2% faster on 1080p, which is hardly the market for these kinds of cardsโฆ but you also left out the 4k comparison, which is 16% difference - certainly not a negligible difference.
I don't think you are going to overcome an 8gb memory deficit with a driver update and some overlocking.
Not trying to be an asshole, but it doesn't look great to post a source and only highlight the part of it that fits your narrative.
I have a NITRO+ GRE now because, my Gigabyte came in with screws falling out.
