Eligible participants may enter a maximum of one (1) time over the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or phone numbers the participant may own.

All federal, state and local laws apply. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize. All federal, state and/or local taxes and any other costs associated with the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Expenses incurred in claiming and using Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. No substitution or transfer/assignment of Grand Prize by Grand Prize Winner permitted. If the Grand Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize with prize of equal or greater value.
