Looking for 5 beds for my AirBnb. You guys think these will be good or should I spend a little more for nicer ones?

My advice... start with an easy to clean one... then aim toward comfort. Foam is more difficult to clean, I think.

Go with Costco if you might think of returning a mattress. I bought three different Cal Kings and was able to return all of them. Costco picked it up in my 2nd floor bedroom. I ended up buying a spring mattress. These memory foams trap body heat and wakes me up in the middle of the night, too hot.

Just use a separate washable, breathable mattress cover.

Get a med-firm (so you don't sink in) cooling gel foam mattress that does NOT contain fiberglass. Many of these types will have removable covers. Fiberglass-containing mattresses never have covers that can come off easily. If the covers on these are torn or removed, highly irritating fiberglass fibers can spread all over your house!
IMHO, Costco mattresses are WAY overpriced.

I actually bought a medium firm mattress and was still too hot.

The only thing that works for me is a spring mattress. I also tried the Purple mattress ( this mattress is by far the coolest in temp) , but unfortunately can't get used to the grid pattern.

Just beware, Walmart says free 90 day returns on their mattresses, but that's best honored before it's been opened. I opened mine, and it's been a monthlong ordeal trying to get them to pick it up. I think I'll eventually be able to get it returned, but they sent FedEx 3 times and they have refused pickup every time. This is after I've taken the time to buy huge sheets of plastic wrap to make a bag to fit the mattress in. Do your research and make sure you'll be happy before you buy.

I pumped it inside my car and dropped it off at the store cancelling the FedEx, pilot. That was faster than waiting two weeks

Our family thinks we understand what you are asking and why. We recommend that you buy a nice inexpensive 2" topper (can be heating or cooling depending on her personal preferences), and a washable, breathable, waterproof cotton mattress cover to go over it. Macy's has some on sale right now for less than $15. Replace as needed to maintain hygiene. This is far easier than trying to clean a mattress!
Also get some waterproof disposable pads for the area under the hips to use only as needed since these don't breath well. BTW, x-large size doggie training pads work fine. "Allways" brand pads (thin, long) worn with 100% cotton underwear can also help through the night (and day) when needed, but also don't breath well. Use sanitary water-base wipes frequently to help prevent urinary tract infections. Absolutely avoid using pills for "overactive bladder" in the elderly, since they are strongly linked to decreased cognition and even dementia.
Long life is a Blessing! Be Thankful! Happy Easter!

Anyone able to find any reviews of this particular model? Seems to be a Walmart only model.
Any slickdealers can vouch for the quality, firmness, any fiberglass?

Manufacturer's rep on phone states no fiberglass.

A friend of mine said he put it in a bed bag 1 size bigger and taped it closed leaving a small hole, to which he used a vacuum to suck out the air and compress it, sealed the hole with more tape and he was able to roll it up and send it back in the box.

A bed bag? Can you link a simple? Also we threw away the box =(

Something like this if you're not trying to put much effort into it:

https://a.co/d/i4m73Sp

If you want to save a couple of bucks get something like this, then tape it up (except for one small piece of the corner) stick your vaccum in there and suck out the air and close up with more tape:

When it comes down to the box however I'm not sure, my best guess would be to get the dimensions of the mattress when it's rolled up and get one from the post office or storage store? They usually fold the bed in half then roll it up from the side when they send them out, hope this helps.
