Does anyone know how to get a refund for a movie I had already owned in MA? If not oh well need to check next time.

Depends on where you bought it from. Amazon allows refunds for 48 hours and iTunes for a few weeks. Microsoft also allows refunds after a certain period of time.

iTunes has this weird policy tho they don't get back to you with their determination for like 2 days tho. Guess they want to see if you watched it

No they do it with games and if you kids purchases without your permission.They do it for everything so I think it gets sent to some higher ups for the decision.
