The "Budweiser 2024 MLB Home Run Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on about each Drawing Date. Non-winning Entries from each Entry Period will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period random drawings.
