ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
Timing: The The UPtv Bring The Spring Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1st, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31st, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").
Prize;
Five (5) total prizes will be awarded during the Promotion as detailed below.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Three Thousand
Dollar ($3,000.00) gift card (chosen by the winner from a selection of gift cards determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand
Prize is $3,000.
FOUR (4) SECOND PRIZE: Four (4) Second Prize Winners will be awarded a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card (chosen by the winner from a selection of gift cards determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of the Second Prize is $2,000.00
The total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.00.
