Eligibility: North Italia Pi Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia ((excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on March 14, 2024 on 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET") and ends on April 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (the "Promotion Period")
Enter By Mail: To enter without purchase, print your name, address, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "North Italia Pi Day Sweepstakes," c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Department 862078, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046.You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) mail-in entry request per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 10, 2024 and received by April 17, 2024.
Limit: You may receive up to five (5) entries by any combination of the above entry methods during the Promotion Period.
A. Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Rome Italy. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Rome, Italy; five (5) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $1,200 allowance (winner has the choice of receiving this amount as a check or the allowance can be used for one (1) of the following excursions: (a) Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel Private Tour, (b) Pasta and Tiramisu cooking class, or (c) Private Tour to Tuscany from Rome including lunch arranged by Sponsor's travel agency), ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel; and $800 spending money (fulfilled as a check). Winner must complete the trip no later than December 31, 2025. However, winner may not travel from June 15 – August 15 (2024 or 2025). Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure.
B. Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $9,100.
