Yes you can. I added 5 cards to the app which I bought from the Costco deal last month.
But you may NOT want to add all of them to your account at once. Subway accounts are easily hacked as they don't have two factor authentication. I, myself, just got drained all of my gift cards on my account recently, and there's no recourse after that.
The fraudster is smart enough to do an in-store purchase (by showing the QR code to the store once the account is compromised) so I got no email notification about the order.

Thanks. I don't see any option to remove cards from the account. Is it still possible to compromise the acct even with longer complex password? I got burned once with the Panera app.

Though a complex password should reduce the chance of the account being hacked, not having a two step authentication still poses a risk. AND the fact that someone can log to your account and easily use the QR code for in-store purchases, there's no way for us to know when our account has been hacked and our gift cards have been drained unfortunately. For online orders, we will at least get an email confirmation so we would know when someone places an order on our account.
Thanks for the info about Panera app - and I just checked that it has two step authentication as an option, so I'll turn that on.

PayPal redirects are wonky. If the link isn't working, click "Deals" at top of the PayPal page that opens then click on the Subway deal link.

A little while back, someone on another thread said that gift cards can't be stacked with coupons. Has it ever worked for you?
