I have a Union and Scale 1500 I got for $350 (before COVID). It's basically a rebranded Eurotech iOO with plastic parts instead of cast metal. It's also missing a locking function. Otherwise, it's great, and the build quality is as good as anything.
There's no guarantee that these are as good, but it would be worth looking for some reviews to see if these are similarly sourced. Maybe they're just something nicer that's been rebranded.
Disclaimer: I have a similar chair I bought from staples or officedepot about 5 years ago. Looks identical, cannot say it is the same though.
There is a reason this chair is $100 and a Herman Miller is $500-800+. The build quality on these is suspect.
There is a piece of foam that is stuck the front which keeps getting dislodged. It eventually starts breaking down. Should hold up for a few years at least. Mine is starting to fall apart into multiple pieces.
The seat mesh is held in place with staples. My chair seemed to be assembled in haste as a several of the staples were barely in place. After a few weeks parts of the seat were coming loose. I had to disassemble the seat and push some of the staples back in with plyers/hammer. If you have a staple gun would make for easy repair/upgrade, but I didn't have one. For good measure I used some random screws I had to secure the mesh into the seat frame.
After this, the chair has worked fine for about 5 years. Pretty comfortable. For reference I am ~180lbs, 6'1".

Good chair to get a bj in while getting some serious work done?
