The Texas State of Mind Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or District of Columbia (except Texas) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will receive a trip for two (2) to Texas ("Trip").
Each Trip Package consists of: (i) round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near each Winner's primary residence (as selected by the Sponsor) ("Airport of Origin'') to the closest major commercial airport to their selected destination city in Texas (''Destination City") as chosen by the Sponsor, with possible layovers. However, if Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided to such Winner and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); (ii) three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only; Winner and guests will be solely responsible for any incidentals) at a hotel in the Destination City (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iii) $2,500 funds to spend towards the local activities, food and transportation in the Destination City which will be awarded to the winner after all the travel arrangements have been made and paid for. The $2,500 funds will be awarded in a form of a check; Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize.
Maximum ARV of the Grand Prize offered is $5,000.00
Winner has until one (1) year from the date the winner is confirmed to take their trip.
