Pros:
-Chat with CS prior to purchase and express indecisiveness, good chance of getting 10% more off and two years of Samsung Care.
-Good value for the size at this price from a higher quality TV manufacturer.
-Remote is rechargable via solar which is a nice feature.
-Picture quality is pretty good and 60hz isn't necessarily a deal breaker for average viewers since most content isn't surpassing 60hz anyhow. Performance in bright rooms is pretty decent. Seems many viewers prefer this (Q60 series) to the newer Q70 series TV's.
-Samsung's OS is actually pretty nice and snappy, contrary to what I've heard about Smart TV OS's.
Cons:
There is a recurring issue with the TV not communicating well with our Polk sound bar and they're out of sync at times. Usually fixed by adjusting the audio sync or restarting the TV. Seems to be a pretty common issue with Samsung TV's in general.
-Only 3 HDMI ports, two if you use the HDMI ARC port for something like a soundbar. The TV being a Smart TV does kind of alleviate the lack of HDMI ports though since something like a Fire TV Stick or Chromecast aren't really necessary.
-Samsung ships with AGS who is simply a broker and contracts with other carriers. Delivery experience can be kind of abysmal. In my case the delivery was delayed twice with no communication. Then a day after the rescheduled delivery date the TV was left in my driveway so I didn't get threshold delivery and had to carry the TV about 100ft into my house. The carrier (FedEx freight) also didn't get a signature so the TV could have been easily stolen, especially since I had no idea it was delivered and only stumbled on it when going to get something from my car.

What did you say to get that discount? I tried and they're not budging lol
I was able to get the discounts you mentioned by chatting with a different agent. Woohoo!

$475 pre tax after discount and 2 years extended warranty. Plus additional cashback through a cashback site. Not sure why so many people are complaining about refresh rate and local dimming. Please provide an alternative for the same price and warranty.
I received it last week.
1. Had no issues with shipping. Delivery windows are very limited on the AGS delivery partner's website. But when the TV reaches the local delivery partner just call the AGS helpline and get it scheduled right away. Estimate was March 29 but got it on March 27.
2. TV is good quality. Replaced my TCL 55 with this one. The existing swivel mount worked but needed different set of screws M. I think the vesa mount specs are 400x300.
The quality is much better than TCL. Good blacks and colors. Nice upscaling. There is judder sometimes but it goes away after changing settings. The tv does not support Dolby Atmos if using the inbuilt OS, but Atmos passthrough on DD+ over eARC works fine on fire stick. eARC is bidirectional So Bluray goes into my soundbar to get true Atmos and eARC works as input to TV. Slick solar remote with usb charging. No lag on the TV interface. Was able to setup Alexa but it did not work. Make sure you remove the factory film on the screen to remove reflection.
On the bright side, I probably saved $500.
