As for the paid Circle 360, even at $49 it's a no buy for me if the deals just aren't there. The least they can do if they're going to create a Prime/Walmart Plus clone is throw in an "ad supported" streaming service subscription as an added feature. That way at least if you don't use the shipping discounts or anything else there's some value to the program.
I have to wonder if one of the primary reasons for the program's change to auto-apply Circle offers is to prevent better-than-intended deals.

Unless they've changed it (finally) you can still price match and any promotions in the system should automatically apply on TOP of the price match. That's YMMV though, especially if you get a stickler for policy.
Please no more streaming services. That market is already way too fragmented.
As in... Amazon has its own driver's and Walmart uses other companies sometimes and you are expected to tip.
But another one of these $100 a year store memberships is to much. I have walmart plus but I find it useless and will not be renewing it.. Not hard to spend $35 now a days to get it to ship free. Just dont see the value in the target one either.
Would be great if target hooked up with siriusxm for a free or deep discount subscription. That would make their program stand out, and probably add more value to more people.

Just started a trial, no tip required or even prompted for, which is awesome!

Yep the days of these slickdeals are over.

This is most likely the reason. They definitely didn't do it to put more money in customers' pockets in the long run.
