Costco does allow for returns, so not a total loss if you don't like it. Compared to others like their African Leather or Tom Ford's Tuscan and Ombre leather, I love all of them but Irish (which I find pretty unwearable to myself)

I agree! I love leathers, especially the ones listed but this is one of very much outside of a leather that I have no idea why it's called a leather at all.... however it's actually one of my favorites from Memo. Lasts all day. And it's a decent price.

I would say it's Unisex, but if I had to pick one direction or the other it would be more masculine. It's more of an automatic/green fragrance than a traditional leather smell, which helps keep it unisex

I don't own it, but Fragrantica has it as leaning more masculine.
The $310 is the MSRP and what the brand itself (and retailers like Neiman Marcus) charge, so it is the "retail price" even though Costco normally has it discounted. They're just discounting it further right now
