Cheap NON-TMobile Network MNVO (for TMO Blacklisted phone)

Hi!
Looking for a list of NON-TMobile Network MNVOs.
I have a very good phone thats SIM-unlocked, but blacklisted on whole TMobile Network (tested with TMobile MNVO SIM), therefore looking for a cheap (possibly yearly) plan/MNVO that is guarantied to use NON-TMobile Network.
It should work on any other NON-TMobile network.
Not stolen, actually new, just Metro unlock "fun".
I barely do calls/SMS (200 min per month enough).
Know about Redpocket, but Redpocket CS refused in the past to even tell me which network my SIM used, and many Redpocket are on TMobile, hence Redpocket is NOT an option. Also ZERO help from Redpocket CS in this case.
Again the phone I have is a very good/fast, hence I'm not looking to buy another phone.
