I use this exact laptop (Typing on it as we speak.) Was a long-time Thinkpad user before. Here are the benefits of this laptop:

- 120hz screen (Biggest thing people miss)
- RAM is removable (big deal)
- When put into Best Power Efficiency mode when on battery, one of the only Windows laptops that actually maintains good performance
- Keyboard is better than current low-travel Thinkpads, but not as good as Thinkpads of old

The build quality is good; my only small complaint is a bit of screen flex if you push in middle of case behind screen when closed.

ThibkBook series is based on Lenovo's consumer grade laptops with Business specific software and firmware feature and nowhere close to HP's EliteBook or Firefly lineup. And that 0.5" diagonal increase does provide 7.57% screen area increase, use pythagoras theorem to calculate that. On top of that, HP has a far superior display color gamut, 100% sRGB vs 100% DCI-P3 and better brightness.

That's another point as well. But why are you trying hard to avoid that DCI-P3 point which you literally quoted. I don't think you have the knowledge to understand which is what but simply fighting here for your ego. Your personal opinion is Lenovo deal you posted, fair enough. But here people don't consider something better than other based on someone's personal feelings but actual facts. That's why I asked to learn what's DCI-P3 is, rather than going circle.
