By the way, the recent S23 Samsung One UI 6.1 update made my phone extremely fast (Ultra). Every new screen/app is almost instant. I always do a hard full data delete reset when new Android or One UI updates are installed. I never do backups from Google or Samsung. Helps all the new features appear and wipes out conflicts. Otherwise you get a mix of old and new. Sucks having to spend a couple hours going through to figure out the new settings/locations and change in privacy/ads location tabs. Not sure about the battery drain on the update. Will have to monitor.
Agree. With S23U 512gb on oneUI 6.1 update with all AI addon, I'm not giving it away unless samsung honors a much higher TIV.
OneUI's AI is not most powerful one but for sure very convenient one on mobile device right now. I have subscribed chatgpt/claude3/gemini on mobile, but prior to oneUI 6.1 I have to jump back and forth among apps and copy/paste stuff to utilize them. Now a single press button could Invoke the function and get things done seamlessly. Though again it's not powerful and accurate as GPT4 or claude3 opus, but get basic things done conveniently is making people like me life easier.
With tab S9U upgraded to oneUI 6.1 too, I'm feeling so spoiled within samsung ecosystem that I have not picked up my iPad for a while.
Claimed it had an unspecified defect, and Samsung would not even return it.
