Moved into a new place recently that doesn't have a fridge.. so I've been using a "can cooler" fridge as a fridge temporarily and didn't know these little fridges existed.
I love how specific this is: "1.3 cu ft freezer capacity for storing frozen foods". So- not for storing power tools, or diapers.
As long as it works this unit will be stored in the shadows anyways

That's provided you don't keep it in a hot garage where it can't fight summer temps. These are built cheap, not suitable for the garage in a hot climate.
You can't fit much of anything in the freezer anyway, so there is no room for tools or diapers and even less room when the ice builds up. You'll have to defrost the freezer part every 6 months or that 1.3 cubic foot space will be cut in half.
