    That's terrible. My box was pretty heavily taped up as well. I'm surprised EGO does not staple these shut. Thankfully everything was in the box still.

    Nope. You should get a manual for the mower, battery, and charger all found in a single envelope. Also some registration information in there too.

    Well initially EGO wanted me to go back to Amazon but I told the rep Amazon told me that I have to work with EGO. She did some more checking and then had me register the mower in order to process a battery replacement under warranty (even though it never came with one). It should be on its way but still waiting for a tracking number. She said this happens all the time, so I'm amazed EGO doesn't put tamper evident tape or straps on these boxes!

    Just had mine delivered today and unfortunately the 7.5ah battery was stolen out of my box as well. Box was honestly in good condition, but had been taped up. Everything inside looks good, but no battery.

    I guess we'll see if I have any luck with Amazon. It won't let me replace or return it online, it just recommends I call EGO.
