Could someone in the know comment on the efficacy of using such a bundle to power a pair of high-end gaming PCs?
You can keep the PC's plugged into this as battery backup and plug the DP into the wall. As previously stated worst case scenario would be roughly 2 hours of uptime but you're probably in the 3 - 400W range so you'd have plenty of time. You can always purchase, see how it performs, and return it if you don't find the uptime acceptable. If you're a candidate for solar then get some panels to keep it charged and again if you run out of the configured threshold of battery power from solar it will flip to grid power.

I bought the two pack Delta Pro combo from Costco last month that was on sale for $4,000. Does that mean I can get the 30% off tax rebate for the entire $4,000?
Sounds like it, according to here:

Is this qualified for Federal Residential Clean Energy Credit?

Are you a homeowner? My tax person told me rebate is for homeowners only and I won't be eligible since I rent

I'm a homeowner, but the IRS publication here (https://www.irs.gov/credits-deduc...rgy-credit) mentioned: You may claim the residential clean energy credit for improvements to your main home, whether you own or rent it.

Is the simple answer that this and other systems like it are eligible for a 30% rebate?

The original link for the 30% tax rebate posted on the first page here says homeowner only though not rental. VS. New Link just posted here says for renters also. I wonder which is true?

Not reasonably, but it depends on your needs. First major constraint here is your 3.6 kWh battery capacity. Most EVs these days have around 60 kWh batteries. Tesla 3 has a 57 kWh battery, Chevy Bolt has 65. Some larger SUV models have much larger than that. So this thing just doesn't have the capacity for EVs.

Then there's charge rate. 120v outlets charge at 1.2 kW per hour, which is slow but not nothing, but the specs say it can generate 3 kWh per day using solar. So theoretically it would work, but so slowly that it would take 16 days to charge a 60 kWh ev battery from 10% to 90% using solar alone.

So if you're okay with taking 2+ weeks to charge your EV by generating electricity from solar and then plugging your EV in and charging it with that after the sun goes down each day then it works, but again, it's going to be SLOW.

EDIT: Reading through the specs a bit more, I realized I put 2 kWh capacity in my original comment, so correct that to 3.6 kWh. It also says that it can charge completely using solar in as little as 3.5 hours. What I don't see is if you can hook the solar panels up and charge the EcoFlow Delta with the solar panels and then just have that go straight to the EV, in which case you could potentially do more in a day, I just can't see if it is capable of that, but I would be surprised if it is.

Also, an interesting tidbit and answering the other aspect of your question: My Bolt EUV gets about 3 - 4.5 miles per kWh, depending on driving conditions. Flat areas and conservative driving will get you more, hills and fast driving will get you less. But if you are able to charge 3.6 kWh per day that is roughly 10 - 16 miles of range in a single charge. So if you just need to go into town every day or two, maybe that works for you.

That 220 watt panels is the real kicker here. That'll barely keep a laptop charged

That 220 watt solar panel will only generate about 37 kWh PER MONTH in a California summer. A Tesla battery is easily double that. This is not an EV charger unless you max out the solar input with 4 400watt panels then you're looking at about 9kWh per day in sunny climates, about 35 miles in a Model 3 in favorable conditions.

You can source residential solar project left overs for pretty cheap however, roughly $100 per 400W panel. The portable 220W Ecoflow is only good for stuff like a laptop.

This is not really viable, this would only work to charge an EV if you only have to go like 10ish-20ish miles a day somewhere. For you to make this even close to usable you would have to charge the car throughout the day and primarily travel during the night, then you would be able to get a good amount of charge into it as the battery of the unit itself would store very little for long term use/drives.
EcoFlow is not advertising this as an EV Charger. Rather: the Delta Pro itself can be recharged at an EV Charging station. Device has a Level 1 charging port.

Useful if you want to recharge on a camping trip or perhaps during a power outage.
