I received a like new ultra 2. Band was generic. Charger was a genuine Apple braided mag charger. White box.
Watch was originally purchased 30 days or so before I bought it. I had about a month to add AppleCare+ to it.
In the end for what I paid it was perfect. I replaced the band anyway. The charger was nice, and the watch was impeccable. No signs of use. 100-% battery.
Mine was a bit cheaper with the coupon, but not much. I'd take it again for this price.
Apple says it is $100. I've not seen anyone buying a $100 Apple band. I put a new band on mine the minute it arrived, and would have even if it were a genuine Apple band. I have a few brands I prefer that I used on my Ultra 1 when I had it. There are many bands available for $20 or less and in most cases much less, that are high quality and well reviewed.
How did it save your life twice? The auto emergency call function when it detects falls and crashes?

There is a $200 off promotion 'if you (not really) add a new line'. I just ordered actually. Catch is you have to be on their $15 (no better than $10) plan. Still a good deal as there is no big upfront cost.
