ELIGIBILITY: The "Kona Big Wave Brewfest Weekend Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United State and District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on April 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on May 27, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES -
(1) PRIZE: Winner and one guest will receive a VIP weekend at "Brewfest" located in Killington, Vermont. Prize includes double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two consecutive nights (check in: June 21, 2024 – check-out: June 23, 2024), two 2-day adult lift/rail tickets, two tickets to "Brewfest", one $150.00 pre-paid card ("Terms and Conditions" issued with pre-paid card apply) and one gift bag (exact merchandise to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion). Accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. Air transportation, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's responsibility. ARV is $2,000.00.
