Reading just a title is what's wrong with modern world. I prefer reading actual item's description which states: "Elevate your viewing experience with 4K@30Hz HDMI video" and description trumps the title.
i have had this one for about 5 months. its working good.
a few notes:
+ Can be hooked to an android phone and use it on a screen via hdmi
+ supports asus rog ally 30 watts with a 100w charger. 65w stock wont do as far as i remember
+ small and portable
+ can extend it with a usb extender and hook up many devices
- mind that it doesnt have an rj45 port.
all it costs is your personal information

I bought and returned last time. See if this fits your use case:

"TL;DR Great build quality, limited monitor support (4k or 1080p only)

I used tested the hub using both my MacBook and ultrabook and HDMI mixing with my 2560x1440 and Ultrawide 3440x1440. Used different HDMI cables.

This hub does not detect max monitor resolution properly. Instead of 2560x1440, it shows 1920x1080.

For my Ultrawide, it detects at 4k or 1080p. Unacceptable

Horrible monitor resolution support in both windows 11 and Mac (Sonoma).

These monitors work just fine with my anker, aukey, Apple hdmi-usb c adapters. Only recommend if you use 1080p or 4k native only."

Bought one of these last week for my Steam Deck and I gotta say, I think I like it better than the official dock. First off, the hub does recognize the correct resolution to display at when you plug it in. Switches between 4k and 1080p depending on the monitor I tried, so no problems there. Charging input didn't have any problems, but I was a bit overkill with a 100w brick. HDMI put doesn't need a power supply. It's very light and very portable. Fits easily in my Deck's go-bag. If a game needs to use the mouse, I can easily pick up my Deck and start playing with the hub attached and use my Deck as a controller. My cables are long enough so it's pretty convenient.
