Not sure I've ever heard of anybody grabbing cup noodles with the thought that it's going to be healthy. That's like saying energy drinks aren't good for you. Definitely not the best, but serves a purpose.

Any delicious ramen or Asian noodle soup type food that isn't terrible for you, but also tastes good?
I make my own. Tastes way better.
I throw the seasoning packet away (if it comes with it) and cook it plain. Then I add sesame oil, fresh grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, herb seasoning, and mixed veggies. Mwah, so delicious!
My container was moisture damaged. Had had moisture in all of the cups and the powder/seasoning was a disk of congealed fats and moistened then re-dried out vegetables all mixed together. With maybe the start of mold. May be a one off, but just a warning.

Could have made it to 200 if not for his diet.
Picked up a few at that price.

Not true, if he had doubled his intake then he would have lived twice as long. Got to do the math.
