The 2024 Core Water USA Gymnastics Sweepstakes (the " Sweepstakes ") is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the following states of Alabama, Alaska Arizona, Arkansas California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, the commonwealth of Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming (" Eligibility Area ") ; who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of their entry

There is a limit of one (1) entry ("Entry") per person per day

On or about two (2) business days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received ("Prize Drawing"), to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner"), five (5) potential First Place Winners ("First Place Winners"), and ninety-four (94) Second Place Winners ("Second Place Winners").

Once confirmed, as detailed below, Grand Prize Winners will receive a trip to see the USA Gymnastics team compete in Minneapolis, MN. The trip includes 2 tickets to see the USA Gymnastics Team compete on June 27 th – June 30 th , 2024 (ARV: $3,000), round-trip airline tickets for two (2) (ARV: $1,000), three (3) nights four (4) day hotel stay (one double standard occupancy room) (ARV: $1,000), a $1,000 gift card, and a Core Hydration/USA Gymnastics Prize Pack (ARV: $500).

First Place Winners will receive a Core Hydration/USA Gymnastics Prize Pack (ARV: $250) and a $250 Kroger Gift Card.

Second Place Winners will receive a $100 Kroger Gift Card (ARV: $100).

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the sweepstakes is eighteen thousand and four hundred dollars (ARV: $18,400).

Grand Prize Winner must use accommodations as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or Prize will be forfeited. Accommodations are subject to availability. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, lodging fees, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of Prize Winner. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older or a minor under the guardianship of the Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize Winner and guest will be required to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue and hotel during duration of trip. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize as determined by Sponsor. Prize Winner and guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, "COVID-19") is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the "Protocols"), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from accepting a Prize in this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the applicable Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the tax year in which they accepted the Prize for the actual value of the Prize awarded. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the ticket(s). The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. The potential Prize Winner is not an official winner unless and until Sponsor/Administrator confirms such. Odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person, for the entire Promotion Period.
