I like Eagles because although they aren't 24k gold like the Buffalos, they still contain 1 Troy ounce of gold including other metals to make them more durable. I also like the way they look. I don't find the Nickel Indian head (that's also on the 5 cent coins) appealing nor do I find the image of the buffalo. The images on the Buffalos aren't very clear to me compared to those of the Eagles.

Second, this is even better than a 24K coin. This still contains 1 ozt of gold, but also has a bit of silver and copper. Always check the sources of those that act like they know what they're talking about, but don't.
