This is really bizarre that not everyone is getting the same tech recycling coupons. I did not get this new 1000 coupon in my account good 4/30-5/4. I tried anyway, recycling yesterday in the new month 5/4 because the Staples employee said I'd get it regardless of any coupon showing up. Yeah, I got nothing -- expected because there wasn't a 1000 coupon in my account. Today, I see a new 1000 coupon good 5/5-5/17. It does seem sporadic so always check your accounts before recycling. It appears these tech recycling coupons are auto-activated in your account though, so you don't have to worry about clicking/activating them.

I got the offer for 1000 pts tech recycle exp 5/19, pre-activated. Thanks for the reminder to check, would not have known otherwise. Looks like not everyone is on the same schedule.

If you recycled in the earlier part of April before the 2000pt offer week, then you wouldn't have gotten the 1000pt 4/30-5/4.

And yes, they do auto-activate.

I thought you were wrong since I activated/did all 3 offers. But I just checked app points history and found out no points for my April 6 recycle. Odd that they didn't credit the first one in April, before earth day offer came out?

New rules state 1000 pts ($5) 1x only, for new members only. 500 pts ($2.50) for existing members, limit 1x per calendar month. They also expanded the recycling list to include a lot more items.

500 ($2.50) is pretty crazy. I also get only 100 points for ink recycle so 100 x 10 = 1000 points ($5)
$2.50 + $5 = $7.50 every month. Is it really worth it to visit staples every month now?
