If you just want something to browse web, do light tasks, and something that looks great, this might be a deal.
On paper the $100 brings the price down to $450, but it's hard to find non overpriced stuff for $100 at Best Buy. Kinda dubious that the regular going price for this is $800.
Agreed though, in 2024 kneecaping at 8GB on PC is just a bad practice
