Thinkpad T480s - Exclamation mark on the battery - no info online

My Thinkpad T480s has an exclamation mark on the battery. Online search did not find any info on it.

What should I do?

I bought it on eBay - did not do fresh install of Win 10 Pro. It did qualify it for Win 11 update - I blocked it.

It's an older laptop, I wouldn't expect much from the battery.

It turned out the charger is lower rating (as diagnosed by the Lenovo software).
I updated all the Lenovo software and the exclamation is gone.
