It's terrible. Or at least has terrible QC.
The deck is pretty much just an adhesive rubber backing. Mine was bubbling all over and adhesive was coming out all the sides which made for a huge mess. The fixed wheels already had pretty aggressive rust on the sides.
The wheel attachment points were not threaded properly so each bolt goes in at an angle. They suggest using a combo wrench, but there's almost no room (especially on the fixed casters) to get one in there. I ended up using a 17mm socket.
It rolls pretty poorly and while it's probably normal, this thing reeked when opened.
The insult to injury is the poor tapping of threads makes putting the fixed casters on incredibly difficult. After putting together and trying to move a couple boxes, it would stop rolling or snag with the least amount of resistance.
Within 15 minutes of finishing assembly, I had taken the wheels back off, chucked it in the box, and drove it back to Walmart.
I wouldn't expect much for $36, but man this thing was horrible in just about every way.
