1. Heavy – Especially compared to my dell Inspiron 13 5310 (I know that's a slightly smaller laptop but still the weight difference is massive)
2. Only 1 thunderbolt 4 port
3. Touchscreen not the greatest imo. I was trying to read a manga by swiping using the touchscreen and so many missed swipes. Unusable for swiping to read manga like an iPad (let me know if there is a fix for this)
Overall, very few laptops at this price point come with thunderbolt, which I need to connect to my monitors. So even though I am dis-appointed with the touchscreen, I plan to keep it.

I reviewed the battery report and found that the capacity is 50,015 mWh, which is average compared to similar models. However, after testing it for a few more days, I noticed that the battery life is disappointingly short. Since I primarily use my laptop outdoors, I'm still undecided whether to keep it.

I mean for a web browser or something I would buy this over a dell cause the audio jacks might not be disabled by Dell. But I don't think you gonna need over 8g ram unless you need a heavy duty workhorse. The ram is just where programs in use an maybe files are stored after accessing the hdd. So if not working with proggies that are loading up something like 32gb of world map, building architect files, games, edited movies. It's kinda moot to upgrade it. Raw cpu speed is what's needed for everything. An specially what basic computing sees.

I don't believe it's defective. After comparing it with my daughter's laptop, which has a 15W (i3-1315u) processor and a 250 nits brightness screen, I noticed its battery usage hours are almost double. I suspect this is due to differences in the CPU and LCD brightness. (Asus laptop having a 28W processor and a 300 nits brightness screen)
Bummer I was thinking about trying this. I'm thinking the same about sending it back. It had great first impressions.
