It's a fair assumption. Lots of outlets with the same brand name sell lower quality items specifically made for those stores. But I know what you're taking about. Same exact items besides the sku# that was cs can claim it's not the correct item to price match.
Swiss tech is a registered trademark of Walmart inc. Think of it as Ozark trail equivalent of travel gear.
Is the 22" big enough to fit a pair of shoes, boxing gloves, and shin guards?
