Good call out. Justin's is a subpar product. Sad but true.

This is vanilla flavored almond butter. I dunno how else you would pull off a vanilla flavored almond butter without extra ingredients? 🤔 and these ingredients aren't bad unless you have a specific allergy.
I wouldn't be too worried about these ingredients.
Now if it says artificial this and artificial that and food coloring etc. that's a different story.

agreed.. saw the post and was wondering.. those ingredients didn't seem that bad.
that being said, the peanut butter version of this is absolutely GOATED. ate a whole half jar in a sitting cause it was so delicious, but ended up with a terrible stomach ache.

Sure, if you like the flavor and don't care about extra calories.
Costco regular price is cheaper with no added sugar or oil. This one has second ingredient as cane sugar so you know it has good portion of added sugar.
just a PSA for anyone wanting healthier fat options in their diet at a cheaper price

That's how you could pull it off. Why add palm oil, or load it up with sugar?
I'm fine with the cocoa butter; most people agree that that's healthy.
On the rare occasion I have a peanut or almond butter sandwich, I butter the bread, add a thick layer of unsweetened almond/peanut butter(with two ingredients; roasted nuts and salt), and drizzle a bit of honey to taste. You don't need to use nearly as much sugar as the sweetened nut butters add to have it taste good.
If you buy unsweetened you can add your favorite sweetener(honey, maple syrup/sugar, Monkfruit, stevia, etc...) in the amount you want.
If you're near a Wegmans grocery store, they have their own brand of peanut, almond, even cashew butter, with varieties containing only nuts and salt, or even just nuts; a single ingredient.
Or make it fresh yourself; just put your favorite nuts into a food processor. There are also some juicers that can make nut butter.
