    Having personally used these with 3 inch Spax Powerlags into studs I can tell you they aren't strong. The shelf itself bends at 40 lbs forget 200. There were sagging with just a garden hose and an extension cord. I had to rip mine out and use a different brand (fleximounts). The supports on these sway side to side and don't lock into anything not to mention they are extremely thin.
