I don't know why, but as a kid my father (middle aged Asian man) had some Jeff Foxworthy comedy special CDs and I would listen to them on my Walkman and laugh my ass off. Though I couldn't relate to his midwest White America references, his voice and delivery really sold it for me. Good times
That was my first thought and then I realized that it's just a more acceptable way of naming a redneck edition which I could definitely see appealing to a certain subset of the population. Then I actually looked at the game and the names of the spaces and it's hilarious. I'd rather play this edition than the standard one. If I didn't already have like 3 special edition ones given as gifts that remain unopened I would consider getting this.
BGG has 15 pages of monopoly games that all have geek ratings of about 5.5, yet this game is not even listed despite being out for nearly 4 years. When the largest board game site does not recognize your existence, you might be a crappy game.
