While the cost per ounce of the 10 oz deal is slightly higher than the 16 oz deal, the issue of the coffee becoming stale before you use it is a bigger concern with the 16 oz packs.
EDIT: OP is correct, I missed the coupon! Price is now $35.91.
Walmart is $4 in my local store and online...

That's just my opinion of course, but I have never read anyone claim that any coffee (not just Bustelo) tastes better using the traditional pour-over method.
The traditional pour-over approach wins on convenience, but loses on taste/flavor.
That said, in my case the seller was not Amazon. For this deal the seller and shipper is Amazon so the situation may be different.
