Ryobi 40v brushless 550cfm blower with 4ah battery and charger. $100, was $199. Model is RY40470.
Found this at my local Home Depot on the clearance endcap, so not sure how widespread this deal is.

I figured out you have to go into the account settings and change your zip settings everytime you want to lookup a different zip code and apparently it only lists 2 stores max now too. What a joke brickseek has become. Good luck charging $10 a month.
1. Waxed car. No wax and the water won't bead, so it'll be a big flat wet paint surface.
2. Tap water and minerals.
The old mr.clean auto dry car wash kit had a deionizer + filter cartridge that got rid of junk in the water. Nowadays, Amazon etc have other, larger water deionizer filter kits that do the same.
Get rid of the minerals, no or less water spots = no need to wipe dry as the water beads on a waxed surface and rolls off easier deionized and filtered.
3. Air nozzle speed.
Air compressor and tiny air compressor nozzles usually blasts air far faster than a lawn blower. Meaning you'll definitely get all the water blasted off with an air compressor, maybe with a lawn blower (which is like those drive thru car washer blowers).
You'll just have to stick the nozzle closer to the paint surface to compensate.

I assume this should be better all around though.
I got the RY40408BTLVNM with a 40v battery in 2021 and I love it.
This Whisper one on sale is even better
The last 2 units in the Home Depot stores near me both had this issue and I ended up having to return them.
I highly recommend testing the knob immediately after purchase (assuming you're still able to find one in-stock).

Checked both blower aisle and clearance end cap and wasn't there.
Minneapolis store. None in the NE burbs area from app and brickseek.
Had to look for it: not with the clearance items; rather high up above the regular Ryobi lawn tools.
Should be at least one left for any SD'er's in the area...good luck!
