$4.50 after you clip the $8 manufacturer's coupon and add coupon code WAG10 for 10% off. Not sure why it works, but it does!
You can use the Walgreens trick to skip the $10 minimum limit, or just add some BOGO Nice! Almonds.

It works amazingly but I swear I've had less problems breathing overall since I completely stopped using it.
I recommend trying those strips you put on your nose if you're having trouble sleeping. I use them every once in awhile but never feel dependent on them
